I had built an eyelid rigging tool at WDI for a very specific purpose on models that I would not be able to show on a demo reel. Nor could I show the tool itself. I decided to recreate a similar tool from the ground up using a bit of a different method and a brand new ui using PyQT instead of regular old Maya gui. In the end, I’m quite happy that this revamp turned out even better than the original. However, I still needed a model on which to show it so I modeled a Baby Yoda.
